Tricia's life took a major shift in 1999 when a desire to attend veterinary school changed to marriage and a move to the small community of Turner. Tricia discovered quickly that there was a need in the area for someone to handle small print and design jobs. She began to offer those services and in 2003 scheduled a booth at the Montana Seed Show to present herself to more of the area's residents.
"It was a gradual evolution from a small quick-print shop to what I have today," answers Tricia when asked to explain the company's roots. "The night before the Seed Show, I had the brainstorm to start a classifieds publication," she continues. "Tricia's Trader" with puzzles, classifieds, short stories and display ads, was born. In 2005, she stopped working for the school to stay home with her kids and took her business full-scale. "I did everything myself until about two years ago when it just grew too big," says Tricia. She hired on help and the company has blossomed to approximately twelve amazing people who do everything from advertising sales to marketing consulting for all your marketing needs. "Anymore you can do business anywhere in the world with the technology we have," Tricia remarked.

One main objective for Tricia's company is that "family comes first." "Many of my team are mothers with young children and its great for them to have the flexibility to work around their personal obligations," emphasizes Tricia. "Moms are some of the most dedicated and talented people you can get."
